Our select and order process is as simple as 1-2-3. Simply select the electric scooter that best fits your needs and choose your favourite colour and any other accessories. If you would like to take a test ride with one of our scooters, then simply get in touch with us and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
Our delivery time is normally between 1-2 weeks. Our logistics partner Züri Garage will contact you to agree on a convenient delivery time before delivery. The scooter is delivered ready to hit the road!. All you need is to obtain your insurance and conatct your nearest road office to receive your license plate
We offer a flexible monthly payment plan so that you can choose the scooter that you want at an accessible monthly price. Via our finance partner Bob Finance you can select either a 12, 24, 36 or 48 months payment plan.
Choose your scooter and payment plan, then simple fill out our application form online.
You will then be informed of the acceptance or refusal of your request within 2 working days and you will receive your order once the contracts are signed and returned.

To ensure that your scooter remains in tip top condition, we recommend that you follow our service and maintenance guidance as stated in the user manual, delivered with your scooter.
For any services or repairs, please make an appoinment with our partner garage, Züri Garage, and they will help you. If you prefer another garage then you can contact them instead.
Of course if you have any other technical queries you can always get in touch with us and we´ll be pleased to help out.
As a sustainability focused organisation we want to make it super easy for you ro recycle your battery, which is why we are proud to be partnered with inobat.ch. We pay the fee for recycling your battery upfront, so all you have to do is drop your battery off at your local disposal centre.
Did you know that rechargeable batteries consist to a large extent of recyclable materials. If batteries are recycled, these recyclable materials can be recovered. At the same time, the environment is protected from heavy metals.
