General

What is the delivery time?

Delivery time is normally around 2 weeks. We will contact you directly to inform you of the delivery time specific to your order.

What driving license do I need?

To drive our scooters in Switzerland, you must have a category AM or A1 driving license for all our scooters. If you already hold a category B driving license (car), you must apply for a provisional license A1 to the competent authorities in your canton of residence. This provisional license is issued for a period of 4 months and allows you to drive your electric scooter without any other formality for learning as long as you drive with an “L” sign on your bike. However, during these 4 months, you must follow 2 half-days (12 hours) of basic training (without exam if you have a license B), to obtain the subcategory A1 license. What else do I need to get a driving license?
You will also need a current eye test from an optometrist or ophthalmologist. This
must not be older than 24 months. If you do not already have another driver's
license, you may be required to take an emergency response course.

Protective clothing: Good basic equipment includes a helmet, gloves, sturdy boots,
abrasion-resistant clothing and a kidney belt. The law only stipulates that helmets
are compulsory. However, depending on the canton, motorcycle-specific safety
equipment is required for the driving test.

Where do I register my new scooter?

Registration is done with the road traffic office in your canton of residence. The addresses of the road traffic offices in each canton can be found on the website of the automobile services association (asa):  https://asa.ch/fr/services-des-automobiles/adresses/
